Chapter Two: Finding Her Name

        Doctor smiled as he waited for the girls response. "Well, how about McDonalds?" She stared blankly at me after saying so. Doctor stayed quiet, he wasn't expecting something so simple. A feeling of confusion rushed over him, but it wasn't a bad feeling, matter of fact. It felt brilliant. "Well, McDonalds is boring, are you sure?" Doctor asked her, in some hope that it could've been a bit more exciting and new. The girl just looked down to the side. "I never been to McDonalds before." Doctor hopped out of his seat and rushed to the TARDIS's controls with a big smile on his face. "Allons-y!" As Doctor saw the TARDIS was at the destined coordinates, Doctor headed for the doors and looked at the girl. "Well, are you coming?" She smiled as she headed out the doors. Doctor saw her knees grow weak a bit. "The TARDIS will do that to you."
He said with a natural smile on my face. Sexy never fails. He thought to myself
as I locked her doors. As he turned back to the girl, her hands were on her stomach. "I guess I'm really hungry." She said as she looked down at her stomach. "We're at the perfect place then." Doctor said as he saw a smile come across her face. Doctor and the girl headed inside and got her meal. She chose a booth next to a window and started to eat. Doctors eyes grew wide in surprise from how quickly she ate her food, Doctor felt a smile come across his face. She caught me smiling. "Why are you smiling?" She asked in curiosity. "I never saw someone be more excited about food than exploring time and space." She just gives me a bittersweet look and turns her head to the window, gazing at the night sky. "Well, life is nothing really. You live, than simply die."
She finishes her sentence and continues to gaze out the window. Doctor stayed quiet for a while, but he only frowned. I am so used to that thought, that hopeless and painful thought.He thought, feeling upset. "There must be something you enjoy about living." he said with pain in his voice. She looks at him surprised for a second, a small smile appearing on her face. "There is. I enjoy the animals, my favorite is the wren. It's a bird that I can relate to a lot." After what Doctor heard, he couldn't help but smile. Such a simple reason to live, it's just amazing how humans are. "Let's call you Wren than." Doctor said as he grabbed her hand in proposal. She looked at his hand, than looked up at him with a sweet smile. "I'd like that." She simply said.
After so, she looked down at her stomach. "I never ate so much to where it made me tired." She said as a yawn came out. Doctor got up from the table and offered his hand to her. "Let's get you to the TARDIS than." He said as he looked down at her with a smile. She had a worried look on her face. "What's wrong?" Doctor asked, completely confused. "It's just, I'm not used to this." She answered me with a bittersweet smile, she took my hand and we headed back to the TARDIS. As we got halfway, Doctor felt her body get heavy and fall. He took her into my arms and rushed into the TARDIS. Doctor looked down at her as she she was out, he took her to a bedroom and placed her in bed. "Sleep well." Doctor whispered as he kissed her forehead and slowly closed the door. He sighed and headed towards the control room. Doctor couldn't figure out what brought him to Wren.
He entered in some coordinates intothe TARDIS, it took me back to the bridge and he headed out, the light breeze blowing through his trench coat. Doctor looked down at the rushing river and wondered about who Wren is, and why she never had a real family. He started to feel tired himself. I never feel this tired. Doctor thought as he took a yawn. He headed inside and the TARDIS started to make a loud sound, Doctor could tell it was in danger. As he tried to fix it, Doctor ended up feeling himself pass out. With only Wren being his last thought.
